BETH BARRINGTON
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE THERAPIST

Ummmm ... this website is in progress as I have found myself prioritising giving actual massages. Bear with me and one day it will look swish. In the meantime, here's a bit about me:

I’m a deep tissue massage therapist with a passion for helping others feel better physically. My journey began competing in athletics at eight years old and after many decades of racing and finding myself on a sports massage therapists couch, I followed my dream and here I am, helping others to feel better.

My clients range from sports competitors getting ready for their big events, wanting to reduce the risk of injury or looking to reduce the tension in their muscles. I treat those experiencing limited movement due to pain - often caused from repetitive lifestyle and I can work with people of all ages, under 16 years of age will need a chaperone.

Whether you're feeling stuck, can't shift a sore area, have limited movement, or simply want to look after yourself, I'm here to lend a hand (and an elbow and some knuckles!).

Deep tissue massage benefits include alleviating pain through reducing muscle tension, release of knots and muscle restriction - improving flexibility and range of motion, increased blood flow - aids in healing, break up of adhesions, targeting of deeper layers of muscle tissue, removal of toxins and waste products from muscles and may reduce stress.
If you have never had a deep tissue massage, please get in touch to find out more. All sessions are client led and we will work to your needs, inclusive of everyone.

I currently work from Kin, a new wellness centre in Ilfracombe and I have a studio space at Mullacott Cross Estate, please see contact details at the bottom of this page.
